Random Rotary Placer Application Overview

This document describes a Yaskawa motion control solution for random rotary placers, which handle variable product in-feed and constant feed applications by using electronic camming and cam shifting for precise placement. The solution addresses challenges such as random product intervals, increased throughput, smooth motion, conveyor speed matching, and product selection from a magazine, utilizing MP2600iec and Sigma-5 components.
