RT ToolBox2 FTP Cache Backup Issue Technical Bulletin

This document describes a data backup issue in RT ToolBox2 versions 1.1 through 2.11M on Windows VISTA and later, where the FTP cache can cause incorrect or incomplete backups when backing up from controllers with the same IP address via Ethernet. It provides temporary Internet Explorer cache settings as a workaround and recommends upgrading to RT ToolBox2 Ver.2.14Q as a permanent fix.
