U1000 Industrial Matrix Drive Water Treatment Retrofit Case Study

This case study details how a Massachusetts water treatment facility upgraded aging 350HP 18-pulse drives by retrofitting with Yaskawa’s U1000 Industrial Matrix Drive, resulting in a simpler, more compact, and highly efficient system. The retrofit reduced cooling requirements, reused existing cabinets and controls, and cost approximately half of a new 18-pulse configuration.
