cULus Safety Requirements for Device Power Supply and Connection

This document specifies the safety requirements for supplying power to a device under cULus certification, including the use of an isolating transformer with a secondary Listed fuse rated at either max 5 amps for 0-20 Vrms or 100/Vp for 20-30 Vrms. It also mandates that the device must be connected using a Listed (CYJV/7) or R/C (CYJV2/8) cord in accordance with the Condition of Acceptability.
