CC-Link Compact Remote I/O Module Capacitive Load Caution

This technical bulletin warns that connecting a load with a built-in capacitor to the CC-Link system compact type remote I/O module may cause resonance due to wiring inductance, leading to reverse current that can trigger the output transistor protection circuit and prevent outputs from turning on. The recommended countermeasure is to install a fast recovery diode (1A, 100V or more) in series with the external load.
