IM Series Image Dimension Measurement System Overview

This document describes the IM Series image dimension measurement system, which uses a high-accuracy telecentric optical system and sub-pixel edge detection to automatically measure parts placed on a stage. It highlights features such as trend management for productivity, a new light probe unit for measuring sides invisible to the camera, and an ultra-low measuring force of 0.015 N for delicate parts.
