KEYENCE IM Series Image Dimension Measurement System Introduction

This document introduces the KEYENCE IM Series, a new image dimension measurement system designed to dramatically reduce inspection time and eliminate human error in dimensional measurement of stamped parts, molded resin components, machined products, and electrical components. It highlights how the system can reduce annual measurement time from 2000 hours to just 40 hours by automatically detecting targets, measuring up to 99 dimensions instantaneously, and providing statistical analysis tools.
