EcoStruxure Reference Design 99 for High-Density AI Data Centers

This document details a validated reference design for a high-density AI data center, supporting both air-cooled and liquid-cooled clusters with a total IT capacity of 3818 kW and Tier III availability. It covers facility power with tri-redundant UPS and diesel generators, facility cooling with chilled water systems and thermal storage, and specific retrofit scenarios for integrating AI clusters into existing IT rooms.
