KNX Room-Level Lighting and Heating Control System

This document describes a KNX-based room-level control system that integrates presence and brightness-controlled lighting with presence-controlled heating and window monitoring for commercial buildings. It highlights potential energy savings of up to 35% according to EU standard EN 15232 Class A, along with increased safety, flexibility for office repurposing, and easy upgradeability.
