DART Communications Protocol for Power PMAC

This document describes the DART (Direct Access Receiver/Transmitter) communications protocol for Power PMAC, a fast binary protocol for transferring numerical values between a client and server. It details the packet structure, commands for getting/setting various data types (char, short, integer, float, double, P-variables) in user shared memory (USHM), and addressing and data length specifications.
