SureCross Wireless Machine Run Time Measurement Solution Profile

This document describes how Banner Engineering's wireless SureCross system was used to accurately measure and report machine run time in a welding cell, helping facility managers determine whether production delays were caused by machine downtime or operator inefficiency. The solution involved adding PLC logic to trigger a wireless node when process time was exceeded, transmitting data to a gateway and HMI for shift-based logging.
