N-L20 Network Communication Unit Introduction

This document introduces the KEYENCE N-L20 Network Communication Unit, which enables RS-232C to Ethernet conversion and power supply for connecting various code readers (such as the SR-700 and BL-1300 series) to PLCs and PCs. It highlights the unit's advantages, including a user-friendly four-step setup, support for EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and PLC link protocols, reduced programming steps, and lower connection costs using standard Ethernet cables.
