WI-5000 Series 3D Interference Measurement Sensor Introduction

This document introduces the KEYENCE WI-5000 Series, a 3D interference measurement sensor that enables both prototype evaluation and 100% production inspection using a single measurement system. It addresses common issues with offline measurement systems by offering high-precision, non-contact surface measurement that captures 80,000 height data points in 0.13 seconds, supporting semi-automatic sample inspection and full inline production inspection.
