IV Series Vision Sensor Manual Brightness Adjustment Tip
This document explains how manually adjusting brightness to create intentional halation can improve detection of subtle part differences, using the example of distinguishing the front from the back of a metal washer with an IV Series vision sensor. It demonstrates that increasing exposure time in normal imaging mode makes the washer outline clearer, achieving 100% matching for the front side versus 0% for the back, even when automatic brightness and attachments fail.
