Artimpianti-ABB Robotics Die-Casting Line Case Study

This document describes Artimpianti's collaboration with ABB Robotics to design and install two highly automated three-bench die-casting lines for a Russian foundry, featuring a unique beam-supported cantilever arm system and suspended IRB6620 robot. The solution improves safety, flexibility, and productivity by enabling mold changes without stopping the line, while integrating 14 axes controlled by an IRC5 Robot Controller.
