StatusBus Add-On Function for DYNlink Safety Monitoring

This document describes ABB's StatusBus, an add-on function to the DYNlink solution that enables cost-effective status monitoring of safety devices connected in series using standard M12-5 cables. It reduces installation time, troubleshooting, and downtime by providing instant operator visibility into the status of each push button, sensor, or emergency stop, while achieving PL e with a single safety channel.
