TM-3000 Series Inline Optical Comparator Introduction
This document introduces the world’s first inline optical comparator, designed to meet the need for high-accuracy inline measurement where conventional methods like vision systems or laser scan micrometers fall short. It explains the measurement principle using a Green LED and telecentric lensing to project a silhouette onto a 2D CMOS sensor, enabling precise dimensional inspection of targets such as blades, engine valves, and stepped shafts.
