MP2300Siec Stove Knob Tester Motion Control Solution

This document describes a custom motion control solution for testing and orienting electrical stove top knobs at the end of a production line. The system uses 12 servo axes controlled by an MP2300Siec controller to clamp, turn, and detect internal contacts, achieving a throughput of 2000 parts per hour with ±2 degree placement accuracy.
