Concept Automation Bottle Label Applicator Yaskawa Servo System Case Study

This document describes how Concept Automation improved the reliability and throughput of its high-speed bottle label applicator by replacing stepper motors and gear reductions with Yaskawa's Junma and Sigma-5 servo systems. The Sigma-5 servo achieved sub-10 millisecond settling times and 12% greater throughput, while Yaskawa provided on-site commissioning support to optimize performance.
