EcoStruxure Reference Design 110 for AI Factory Data Centers

This document details a validated, Tier III data center reference design optimized for AI factories, specifically supporting NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 liquid-cooled clusters with densities up to 142 kW per rack. It covers facility power (11,000 kW peak, 3+1 distributed redundant UPS) and facility cooling (dual-path chilled water with high-temperature chillers and liquid-to-liquid CDUs) for locations like Paris and Singapore, targeting an annualized PUE of 1.09 to 1.16.
