SureCross DX80 Wireless Presence Detection on Lathe Turret Application Note

This document describes how Betty Machine used Banner Engineering's SureCross DX80 FlexPower wireless network with an inductive proximity sensor to automate material presence detection on a rotating lathe turret. The wireless solution improved process efficiency, reduced tooling damage, and increased throughput by providing reliable pass/fail signals to operators despite machine vibration and debris.
