Colt PIU Protocol Interface Unit for Satchwell BAS Integration

This document specifies the Colt PIU, a hardware interface that integrates Colt OPV ventilation control systems with a Satchwell BAS (Building Automation System) for centralized monitoring and control. It details how the PIU maps Colt system points to standard BAS point types, enabling operators to view, log, alarm, and control passive ventilators, powered ventilators, blinds, and smoke curtains from a BAS terminal.
