LJ-V Series Inline 3D Laser Measurement System Manual

This document describes two high-speed inline 3D laser measurement systems for quality control of dispensing processes, such as inspecting adhesive beads and sealing beads. It highlights the LJ-V Series' world-fastest sampling at 64,000 profiles/sec using the HSE3-CMOS sensor, enabling stable measurements of diverse surfaces (black to metallic) and simultaneous acquisition of height and grayscale images for 3D and 2D inspections.
