Commercial Building Energy Monitoring Solution with iRio RTU and Twido PLC

This document describes an energy monitoring solution for commercial buildings over 5,000 square meters, enabling sub-billing and management of water, air, gas, electricity, and steam (WAGES). It details a system architecture using iRio RTUs and Twido PLCs with Ethernet-based communication, power meters, and flow meters to acquire consumption data, generate dashboards, and facilitate tenant sub-billing.
