Cylinder Head Pack-In/Pack-Out Robotic System

This document describes an automated robotic system for packing and unpacking up to five different styles of cylinder heads to and from an assembly line, using two vision-guided robots mounted on servo-controlled tracks. The system handles left and right cylinder heads and vacuum-formed separation layers, providing benefits such as improved quality, reduced cycle time, and elimination of ergonomic hazards.
