Sigma-5 Battery Parts Pick-and-Place System Application Note

This document describes a successful pick-and-place solution for battery parts using six Sigma-5 servo axes controlled by an MP2300Siec controller and MotionWorks IEC software. The system achieves over 10 cycles per minute with +/- 0.10" accuracy, features non-restrictive configuration, easy changeover, and integrates with an existing SLC 505 machine controller.
