RAMZLOCK KLTM and KLT-SS Safety Interlock Switch Operating Instructions

This document provides installation, operation, and maintenance instructions for the RAMZLOCK KLTM and KLT-SS safety interlock switches, which are designed to fit on machine guard doors for robust guard locking and position interlock detection. The switches remain locked until solenoid voltage is applied, hold closed up to 2000N on hinged guards, and include a mechanical tongue actuator that provides a positively operated, not easily defeatable interlock.
