KEYENCE Machine Vision for Difficult Inspections

This document presents KEYENCE’s latest machine vision technology for solving challenging inspection tasks, such as detecting defects with no contrast or color difference from the background, or overcoming interference from patterns and designs. It highlights preprocessing functions like scratch defect extraction, blur filters, noise isolation, and shrink processing to enable stable, high-contrast inspection in difficult lighting and complex backgrounds.
