LJ-V7000/LJ-V7080 Profile Measurement System Manual

This document describes the use of the LJ-V7000 controller and LJ-V7080 sensor head for ultrahigh-speed (64 kHz) inline profile measurement of welding beads and groove inspection, utilizing a blue laser optical system and a first-in-the-world W-polarized light function to cancel multi-reflection and diffused reflection light for stable measurement. It also covers non-contact 2D laser displacement measurement for precision confirmation of automobile chassis, including width, step, and gap evaluation, to avoid scratching and improve takt time.
